I believe that change comes from within and that all of us have that resilience in us. All of us will have struggles and obstacles, and when we are able to find that strength within us, we can then grow and achieve our goals. I strive to provide a genuine and secure environment to accompany you on your journey in order  for you to safely share your story.

As someone with a master’s in counseling and guidance and a master’s of public health, helping people achieve mental and physical health is Aurora’s passion. She uses a variety of modalities, including Gottman, Prepare/Enrich, Internal Family Systems, and DBT, to help provide tools for growth and health.

She works with all areas of general mental health with a focus on sexual addiction, partner betrayal, body image, trauma, and chronic illness. Her approach is gentle and she will meet you where you are in your journey. She does not judge and she trusts in the therapeutic relationship. While mainly non-directive, she will ask challenging questions to help you get to deeper insights. Join her in working in uncovering and reconnecting with the best self that you can be.
